Courses


  • Leadership 101 Inspiring

    Freshman students learn the essential leadership skills as identified by Parkview Leadership School. Students come to understand the importance of each skill while developing their strengths as a leader.

    5 Hours of Community Service

  • Leadership 201 Engaging

    Students work collaboratively to create a project that will benefit the Leadership School. Students learn to work in a team dynamic and utilize various leadership styles while creating their projects.

    10 Hours of Community Service

  • Leadership 301 Empowering

    Students learn professional skills and develop a miniature capstone project to better the Parkview community. Students serve as mentors in LS 101.

    15 Hours of Community Service

  • Leadership 401 Impacting

    Students develop and lead a capstone project that impacts the community. The top two projects will be awarded a $1,000 scholarship.

    20 Hours of Community Service

  • Callie Sitton- Leadership School Coordinator

    Callie Sitton is the Leadership Coordinator and A+ Coordinator at Parkview High School.

    She has her Bachelors in Kinesiology and a Master’s degree in Education Administration. Callie has taught for 12 years, and 4 of them have been in the Leadership Coordinator position. Mrs. Sitton loves to watch her students find success on their journey to becoming the best leader possible. She enjoys connecting our students with community leaders who make a difference in our area.

  • Sarah Tate- Assistant Coordinator

    Sarah Tate teaches English and Leadership Courses at Parkview High School.

    She has a Master's degree in English Education and this is her 16th of teaching. She has served as Assistant Leadership School Coordinator for the past three years and she teaches the senior leadership course, Leadership 401. Mrs. Tate loves working with students as they hone their leadership skills and impact the community through their Capstone projects.
